Good work is about more than step challenges and providing fruit in the workplace. It’s about coming to a place that acknowledges your psychological, physical and emotional needs, allowing everyone to reach their potential. These workplaces are defined by high engagement, high energy and high performance.
HealthyWork 2017 will discuss how these good work environments can be created, nurtured and maintained. The conference will show that in order to be successful, health and wellbeing initiatives need to be strategic and have buy-in at all levels of the business. We will also discuss the concept of psychosocial risk, and show how by treating worker health and wellbeing as a risk the same way as other business’s risks, buy-in becomes easier and initiatives become more comprehensive and ultimately more successful.
